Your membership makes an impact, and you can be reimbursed for classroom supplies up to $100. You also become eligible to apply for mini grants.
All requests for payment should be made through a check request form. Blank copies of this form are kept in the PTA corner of the staff mailroom or linked here. Completed forms should be put in the Treasurer’s purple folder in the mailroom. A completed form must include the following: payee, date requested, amount of request, purpose of expenditure, requestor, as well as supporting documentation, including all receipts or invoices. For contracts being paid in advance, please specify when payment is needed and include a copy of the signed agreement. Treasurer will pick up requests and write checks once a week. If something requires a quick turnaround time, please email treasurer@fwespta.org and explain the urgent nature of your request.
We are very excited to offer fall mini-grants. With successful fundraising, FWES PTA intends to offer funds to all certified staff, who are current PTA members, the opportunity to apply for a mini grant.
