World Dance Festival

World Dance is on Friday March 6 and is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our different cultures through activities, dances, and displays. If you're interested in helping out, here’s a breakdown of areas where assistance is needed:

1. Country Station Activities and Games: Help plan, collect supplies, and support the volunteers running fun, interactive activities that represent various cultures.

2. Cultural Dances: Share your dance skills or help coordinate performances that showcase traditional dances from different countries.

3. Showcasing Artifacts: Assist in displaying cultural artifacts in a window exhibit to educate attendees about different traditions. (set up ahead of the event, break down post event)

4. Marketing the Event: Help create messaging and work with our VP Communications to promote the event through social media, flyers, or outreach to attract more participants and attendees.

5. Passport Creation: Contribute to creating a 'passport' system for participants to collect stamps from different country stations.

6. Door Prize Collection:  Solicit donations from local businesses.
